In the interest of the organisation and its employees, the shareholders of Verhoek Europe have chosen to look for new investors. On Friday 7 October 2022, brothers Doeke Verhoek, Jan Verhoek and Jaap Verhoek transferred their shares to their brother Henk Verhoek and investors Sjoerd Stiksma and Hans van Eenennaam. This ensures the continuity of Verhoek Europe.
